The fee for full or student delegates includes access to scientific sessions,
program and abstract volume, Mid-Symposium excursion, coffee or tea during the
sessions, and the Symposium dinner on Thursday evening.
Student Delegates
have to be enrolled for degrees (MSc, PhD) at universities or other
scientific institutions. They must send a copy of their international student
ID (bring original to the Symposium!) or a statement from their Head of
Department with their registration form in order to confirm their student
status.
Accompanying Persons
can participate at the Mid-Symposium excursion and the
Symposium dinner.
Costs for the Pre- or Post-Symposium excursions and the touristic program for
accompanying persons are not included in the registration fee. They should be
paid together with the registration fee.

All payments should be made in Deutsch Mark (DEM) or
(EURO) in the following way (note: all bank charges are to be payed by the

Refund Policy
Registered delegates and accompanying persons who are unable to attend the
Symposium must cancel their participation in written form by 15 June 2001 if
they wish a refunding of payed fees. No refunding request can be accepted after
this date. All refunds, minus an administration fee of 100 DEM / 51
, will be processed after the Symposium.
